Future Vision

We are aiming to create an enviable space that mixes exclusivity with convenience and style. Each house has enough space to be private and secluded but close enough to others to not be isolated, creating a sense of community without intrusion into your personal space.

The planned phases are outlined here. Not every plot is earmarked to be built on, some are being kept as green communial spaces to provide an open, tropical landscape for you to relax in. We are currently working on broadband internet access for the site and are aiming provide a small bar / restaurant as the site develops. Entrance to the estate will be via electronic security swipe cards
