With the purchase of your new villa, Canaries Estates will provide you with first class management services to help you make best out of the investment you have.

Whether you have chosen to use your property as an investment for renting to holiday makers or simply using it as a second home, you can tailor your management options to suit your needs.

Each villa will be responsible for a service charge, which will cover the basic day-to-day running of the estate grounds. This will include:

  • Maintenance of estate grounds
  • Estate grounds lighting
  • Security
  • Rubbish collection

Rental Management Service

For those who wish to use their property as a rental investment, our rental management service will provide a range of services to suit your needs.

This service is designed to take away all your worries about renting out your villa and aims to make your investment a profitable one. The services we will provide are:

  • Marketing service to rent out your villa, which will include internet exposure using our own in-house bookings and reservations software
  • Rental collection
  • Coordinating the arrival and departure of your guests.
  • A shuttle service to pick up and drop-off your guests.
  • Maid service to prepare your villa between bookings. (This includes house cleaning, clean bed linen, towels, toiletries, etc.)

Our rental management services will typically be 12.5% of the rental income achieved.

Additional services will include:

  • Daily maids service
  • In house cook
  • Gardening/grounds keeping services
  • Pool maintenance services

Each of these extra options are offered to all villa owners. Our mission is to provide you with a seamless service, wherever possible, to allow you to sit back and enjoy you investment.
